Me and the ReFa roller

Me and ReFa Roller

I wonder if you beauty lovers and fashionable girls have also paid attention to the advertisements of various beauty devices, which is the first thing that comes to your mind when you mention beauty devices? Gold Sculpting Bar, Exideal, Yaman, or Dr. Arrivo? If none of these are the first answers that come to your mind, are you suggesting the ReFa CARAT, the hottest beauty device in Japan that is popular and has a good reputation? Haha!

As a beauty lover and fashion girl, I got a classic model when the ReFa hype was very high. I remember that ReFa attracted me to buy it because of the easy-to-understand, side-effect-free beauty technology of micro-current. Whilst RF, electroporation and LED light technologies may sound more mysterious and potentially more effective, they are also more invasive and not only limited in terms of who they can be used on, but also in terms of possible side effects. In contrast, ReFa is a photovoltaic panel that converts solar energy into the same micro-current as the body’s bio-electricity, which is adequately transmitted to the skin cells through germanium and platinum, allowing the metabolic function of the skin cells to be restored and stimulating the increase of collagen in the skin, thus achieving firming and anti-ageing. It is not only easy to comprehend, but also makes it impossible to think of any possible side effects, so it is safe to say the least. As we all know, the human body has a bio-current that keeps it healthy. However, with increasing age, environmental and work-related stress, the body’s own bio-current becomes weaker and weaker, which is an important factor in aging and disease.

I’ve been using ReFa on and off for most of the year, using it on average 3 times a week. Initially, I didn’t really feel anything special about it, and for a while I thought I was really just paying for a lesson.  But when I saw my boyfriend, who I hadn’t seen for a long time because of the lockdown, he said how you look so much slimmer, especially your face, it’s smaller! I felt it and realised that my skin was really tighter than it was before ReFa, because my skin was really loose and soft before and I could pinch it with my fingers. It was then that I compared my before and after selfies over and over again and realised that the results were really noticeable. Super happy!

I would also like to share with you how I use it, so that we can all become gorgeous together! ReFa has many different types of products, what I use is the MTG Platinum electronic roller ReFa carat SALON MODEL(click to find more).

  1. Start by spraying toner or pure water on your face and neck. (I think it’s important to follow the principle that water conducts more than oil)
  2. Hold the ReFa upside down and be careful not to block the current plate. Start by unblocking the area from under the ear to the collarbone, 20 times on each side
  3. Perform a lift from the chin to the jawbone area, 20 strokes on each side
  4. With the first ball at the corner of the mouth and the second ball at the edge of the chin like this, lift along the line from the corner of the mouth to the middle of the ear, 20 times each on the left and right.
  5. Lift the two balls above and below the corners of the mouth, along the line from the corners of the mouth to the temples, 20 times on each side.
  6. Hold the ReFa squarely and push it from the corner of the mouth to under the eyes, 20 times on each side.
  7. Hold the ReFa backwards and use one of the balls to roll the eyes.
  8. Hold the ReFa squarely and push the entire forehead from the eyebrows upwards

Note: The entire process of water dries in time to use moisturising spray, otherwise it will pull the skin more than it is worth. The specific number of groups to do or depends on the state of your skin and needs, my advice is not to exceed 4 groups. Then go straight to normal skincare, it really does work!
